Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free shipping on most orders. Some items may carry a shipping fee of up to $10.00, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers We ship via trusted shipping partners. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the vendor fulfilling your order.

P.O. Boxes We are unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes. We recommend providing a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Sayitwithasparklellc.cc@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
